The objects I create are inspired by the complex connections of personal, interpersonal and transpersonal elements and how they influence our sense of being. They are symbolic references of awareness of the individual: what influences us, inspires us, and how we honor our authenticity through self-acceptance, imperfections and all. This forms the dichotomy between the perceptions we choose to have of ourselves and those around us and the ongoing process of balance; our internal dialogue, self-expression, actions, language, truth, beliefs, feelings and emotions versus how we choose to grow, expand, change, adapt and evolve.
As a reflection of self, my work is a place where I allow myself the space to move through all that I attempt to articulate from within. It is the creative expression of my personal development from my strengths to my weaknesses, accomplishments to mistakes and failures. Embracing my own darkness in order to transform it into the light of my awareness. Empowering myself to accept all that has come to pass. To appreciate the journey. To heal. To live and lead by example.

Providing an alternate perspective to inspire an expanded awareness of self through creative expressions of ceramic art objects and paintings that empower our co-creation of a new paradigm through our relationships. All things warrant an alternate perspective. To respect and understand the essence of who someone is, is the rarest form of communication. It is what binds us all. At some point we acknowledge our darkness, but hopefully we will embrace the light within ourselves and, in turn, each of those who are the light within our lives. Cherish the memories. Learn how to live a better life as who you are now, inspired and empowered by your growth. Choose to have certain people in your life for what they add to it, not what you can get out of them.
Empowering the expression of authenticity, uniqueness, and unity.
